• one、Auto parts fixture Designer OF

  (several)
  Responsibilities：

  1.1 responsible for the design and debugging of automobile welding fixture design, working drawings and process documents, proposed procurement plan.

  1.2 proficient in AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG and Catia and other professional design software, familiar with automobile welding fixture manufacturing, automobile welding fixture design and 3D to 2D drawings independently.

  1.3 provide support for on-site installation and commissioning.

  1.4 cooperate with design supervisor to achieve project goals and provide reasonable suggestions.

  1.5 responsible for handling the technical problems in the production of welding fixture.

   2 job requirements:

   2.1 bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, more than three years related working experience is preferred.

   2.2 knowledge of mechanical principle and mechanical process. Proficiency in design software.

  1.2Be responsible for the design of electrical system for welding, cutting table and displacement of the robot system。

• 2.Job requirements：

  2.1Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical and electrical control。

  2.2Familiar with automation equipment and industrial robots, familiar with common industrial bus. Basic knowledge of electrical and electrical drawings。

  2.3More than two years experience in the design and debugging of the electrical system of the robo。

  2.4 At least one of FANUC, KUKA, ABB, such as the teaching of a robot, debugging and maintenance of the fixture has a certain understanding。

• six、Software Development Engineer

  Responsibilities：

  1、1.1Responsible for the design of the key modules of sensors and controllers in the robotics and automation industry. The design of the module system includes the design and programming of the software architecture of the embedded system, the programming of motion control and path planning。

  1.2The development of the core algorithm of the robot, including global position identification, attitude recognition, machine vision, motion control, etc.。

  1.3D modeling of indoor and outdoor scenes, multi-sensor information fusion, sensor location based on depth information or image information。

  1.4Based on LiDAR/Kinect and other depth sensor applications, sensors (Camera, IMU, etc.) calibration, SfM/SLAM algorithm, based on IMU (inertial measurement unit) sensor attitude estimation。

  1.5According to the development schedule and task assignment, complete the design, development and programming of the software. To test the program unit and function, find out the defects of the software and ensure its quality。
